I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai, and while my initial experience faced minor challenges, the swift and attentive intervention of the management turned my stay into one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had in Dubai. Upon check-in, a room-related issue caused some delays in my accommodation. However, when I brought the matter to the attention of the management, my concerns were handled with exceptional professionalism and care. I was personally contacted by Mr. Mahmoud El Sayed, the Front Office Director—a true gem in the hospitality industry. His dedication to guest satisfaction and loyalty to the hotel was evident as he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness. His proactive approach and genuine care completely transformed my perception of the property. To further enhance my stay, I was offered complimentary club lounge access, where I encountered the delightful and professional Miss Yasmin. Her hospitality skills and warm demeanor exemplified true service excellence. Additionally, I learned about the remarkable leadership of General Manager Ms. Anna Collier, whose commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences is clearly reflected throughout the hotel’s operations. It was evident that she leads by example, ensuring every guest feels valued and well cared for. Thanks to the dedication and hospitality of this outstanding team, my stay turned into one of the best experiences I have had in Dubai. The Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai has now become my go-to choice for future visits. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking impeccable service and comfort. Hats off to the entire management for creating such a welcoming and exceptional environment!

First time in Dubai on way back from Mediterranean cruise. Great time of year in March or early April. Wouldn't come in Summer though. Excellent manners & professional service staff but down to earth and always asking if we're satisfied and if they could do anything else for us at meal times or during room service. Range of food in Feast is excellent. Different menu daily in Club Lounge esp. during afternoon tea then Happy Hour. Ordering as much as you like during Happy Hour in Club Lounge negates the need to venture out to find a restaurant that caters for coeliacs. Extremely accommodating for people with dietary requirements in Club Lounge. Our heartfelt thanks to the Feast manager "Huney" who remembered our names the following day from hundreds of guests in the restaurant. Also many thanks & appreciation to the wonderful staff in Club Lounge including, but not limited to, Sylvia, Johana, Tristan & the courteous young lady at the desk who always stood up to greet us as we walked in. So respectful ! Also a shout out to Uyros, the Serbian hotel duty manager who took time out to talk with us for an hour whilst in the Club Lounge. Great conversationalist. Very proud of "his" hotel. Forgive us if the name, spelling or job title is incorrect. A modern hotel recently renovated to a high standard necessary to compete with hundreds of other hotels within close proximity. Great location to many local attractions and airport, either by metro or taxi. Great rate for 5 star hotel. It's the staff that makes a great hotel perfect. Stayed in King Suite with Club Lounge access for 7 nights.

Property was extremely clean , always smelling good and always stocked with welcome refreshments. The rooms were really top notch and always cleaned timeously . From the time you enter the property, the bell boys will recieve you and insist on carrying your luggage. They will even drop it off at your room and not linger around for a tip . The check process , I was fortunate to have a guy by the name of Gohar . I’ve stayed many times at this property and the service was good but this time Gohar made it great !!! I was traveling with a group that was arriving at various times which made it a little inconvenient for myself . Gohar ensured they had a swift check in process without me being there , he even managed to assist with a hold on my credit card , if many that travel between countries understand that when a property places a hold on your credit card it can hinder you when you get to the next property. I explained to Gohar and he made a plan to place the minimum hold , ensured daily my guests were sorted out . This guy would come into his shift early to check in if my guest were taken care off . We would receive packages and Gohar would ensure it will be sent to the room. He arrange taxis etc for us . A real gem at this property. I hope to see Him on my next travel to Dubai

My room had an interesting floor-to-ceiling city view onto a busy highway, but the sound insulation is excellent, so that no significant traffic noise was audible. Staff was exceedingly friendly and very international. Food prices are reasonable. The breakfast is close-to-perfect; for a full score the juices would need to be fresh (e.g., it does not pass what I would call “the orange juice test”). Lighting in many areas of the breakfast space is a bit dim. But this all should not distract from the fact that the quality and breadth of offerings are really exceptional, together with the very attentive staff. I also had a dinner via room service, and I was surprised by the generous portions and the quality overall (except for the tiramisu which still has a lot of improvement potential).

Superb breakfast! Room is big and comfortable, complimentary water in glass bottles, ice on request. Nice pool on the rooftop with restaurant and bar, and very tasty cuisine. Gym is big and good equipped. Staff is very helpful and friendly, all you need you can ask by phone and they bring all very quickly. Location is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Halifa, metro is 5 minutes walk.
